LiDAholics Fulfillment Policy

At LiDAholics, we're committed to providing a transparent and satisfactory experience for all our customers. This policy outlines our procedures for refunds, shipping, returns, and cancellations.


Delivery


We aim to deliver your products efficiently and securely.

  • Shipping Methods: We primarily use UPS and FedEx for standard ground shipping.
  • Shipping Times:
  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (weekdays).
  • Orders made on weekends will be fulfilled on the following Monday.
  • Delivery Estimates: Standard ground shipping generally takes 4-10 business days. Please note: These are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or carrier delays.
  • Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated by a third-party (Easyship) at checkout based on your order details and destination.
  • Eligible Destinations: We currently ship to the US and Canada.
  • International Shipping: For international orders, any tariffs, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us through the contact us page on lidaholics.com.


Returns & refunds


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow the guidelines below:

  • Return Window: You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Eligibility for Returns: Items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact. There are no specific non-returnable items.
  • Return Process:
  1. Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please use the contact us page at Lidaholics.com.
  2. Shipping: We will cover the shipping costs for returns. You will receive instructions on how to send your item back.
  3. Inspection and Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your return. If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within 1-5 business days.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation of Orders (Before Shipment): You may cancel an order for physical goods before it has been shipped. To cancel, please contact customer support immediately. If the order has already been processed for shipment, we may not be able to cancel it, and you would need to follow our return policy.
  • Subscriptions & Pre-Orders: We currently do not offer subscriptions or pre-orders.
  • Reservations/Bookings: We currently do not handle bookings or reservations.
